Vintage 1970's Wooden Mayan Head Book End Made in Honduras

This incredible piece of art was carved by hand in Honduras during the 1970's. It features a traditional Indigenous design with a man's face and a headdress featuring feathers and corn. It is designed to be a bookend, but it is missing its partner. You can still use it for a bookend, or just as a piece of decor because it's just beautiful to look at. The bottom is marked "San Pedro Sula, Honduras, C.A." It is in good condition with no chips or cracks and excellent color to the finish on the wood.
