This gorgeous vintage 1940's sewing pattern by Butterick features a design for a ladies' over blouse in three different styles including cap sleeve tie waist, midriff drop shoulder, and sweetheart neck. This piece is from the era before printed patterns so the tissue has no marks (only hole punches). All of the pieces of the pattern and instructions appear to be present and in good, usable condition. The envelope has some wear and tear to the edges and some tanning from age, but it has good overall color quality.
