This precious vintage 1941 hardcover edition of Juan y Maria En Escuela is book three in the Amigos Panamericanos series published by the Steck Company. Designed for school children learning Spanish, this picture book tells the story of a brother and sister's typical day at school. The book is in very much used condition with the dust jacket missing and some scribbles and discoloration to the cloth cover. There is a State Textbook sticker inside the front cover and scribbles and spots of discoloration throughout the book (the scribbles are actually pretty charming - the former owner added eye glasses and cigarettes to a lot of the characters). There are no torn pages and the binding is solid.
