This extremely rare vintage 1949 hardcover edition of Bar D Buckaroos was written by Earle E. Perrenot and published by Phoenix Press, known for their "dimestone" Western novels. It tells the tale of Bob Rand and Terry Blake who join the cattle business, only to discover the simple life is not as simple as it seems. This copy is in used vintage condition with some crinkling and small tears to the dust jacket. The dust jacket has been sealed in plastic that is taped around the edges an onto the book itself. This book belonged to a library so it has a sticker on the spine as well as a sticker, marks and stamps on the front end page and outer edge of the pages. There is a checkout pocket inside the back cover along with some stamps. There are a couple of creased pages and a few minor spots of discoloration, but no torn or marked pages and good overall color quality.
