This charming vintage paperback edition of The Young Detectives by R.J. McGregor was originally published in 1934, this 1950 Puffin edition features fabulous illustrations by William Grimmond. It tells the story of five children, intent on adventure as they spend the holiday on the English coast, and discover a secret passageway in their old house. The book is in used vintage condition with some small tears and creases to the edges of the cover. There is some cracking along the spine inside the front and back cover, but there are no torn or marked pages and good overall color quality.
