This fabulous little pitcher was made by Napcoware in Japan during the 1950's or 1960's. It is made from ceramic but made to look like wood with a fabulous wood grain texture. The front of the pitcher has a crest with a red eagle and green foliage. This piece is in good condition with no chips or cracks, although there is significant paint loss. Super rustic, kitschy and charming.
