This gorgeous vintage 1954 sewing pattern by Simplicity features designs for two different styles of button up blouses with a styled yoke and pointed back. The pattern is cut and used, but it appears that all pieces are still present and in good condition - including the original instructions. The envelope does have some wear and tear but excellent overall color quality.
