1968 Stitzel Weller Ceramic Decanter: Wearin' O' The Green Leprechaun

$39.00

This charming vintage 1968 ceramic bottle was made for The Old Fitzgerald Collector's Gallery from the Stitzel Weller Distillery. The bottle features a joyful Leprechaun sitting on top of a mushroom and playing the harp and is framed by the poem:

Wearin' O' The Green
When law can stop the blades of grass
from growin' as they grow.
And when the leaves in summertime
their colour dare not show.
Then I will change the colour, too.
I wear in my caubeen.
But till that day praise be,
I'll stick to wearin' o' the green.

The bottle is in good used condition with some minor paint loss to some of the gold edges and lid, along with a couple of small scuffs with discoloration, but no chips or cracks and good overall color quality. The lid is missing it's cork so the lid just sits on top and is not secured in place.

10.25 inches tall with lid on
