This charming vintage planter was made in the U.S.A by McCoy Pottery. It features a water mill guarded by a cat who is being visited by a curious looking Scotty dog. The piece is in good used condition with one small chip to the edge of the plant by the water wheel, the leash missing from the dog, and some very minor discoloration inside, but excellent overall color quality.
