This rare first edition of What Can You Do With a Shoe was written by Beatrice Schenk de Regniers and illustrated by Maurice Sendak (made famous by his book Where The Wild Things Are). The book tells the story of two creative kids and all the make believe fun they can have with everyday household items. The book is in very used condition with the pages starting to separate from the binding, along with discoloration and color loss to the cover. There is also a dedication written on the title page and a few folded corners, but no torn or marked pages and good overall color quality.
