This gorgeous vintage 1950's doll is a part of the Mascotes de Maria Helena doll collection of Portuguese folk dolls beloved by collectors and novices alike. The piece features a beautiful hand painted face and traditional costume made from felt and cotton. This gentleman is dressed like a Campino Cowboy from the Ribatejo region of Portugal. The doll is in good used condition with some minor pilling to the felt, but no tears or holes and excellent overall color quality.
